Have you ever thought of how life was back in the day. Well you can, because of the Great Depression. Back in the mid 1930's the government started an initiative to employ writers with American Life Histories: Manuscripts from the Federal Writers' Project, 1936-1940.
I found an article, Vermont Quarrying,which describes the kind of life our relatives endured living in the Rutland area. Read it and give me some feed back. I really interested to see how you feel about the difference between our life style and theirs.
